29 More Dengue Cases Emerge from Karachi

KARACHI- Twenty-nine more dengue fever cases were detected throughout the Karachi in a week, taking the reported cases toll to 76 in the city since 1st January 2018.

According to the weekly report issued by Prevention and Control Program for Dengue in Sindh, as many as 29 new dengue fever cases surfaced across the city January 16 to January 23, 2018. A total 79 cases have been reported throughout Sindh province out of them 76 in Karachi and three from rest of province.

In 2017, a total 2,927 dengue cases had reported across the Sindh province out of which 12 died from this fever.
