Acting Chief Minister visits SIUT, Karachi

KARACHI- Caretaker Sindh Chief Minister, Mr. Fazalur Rehman visited the the Sindh Institute of Urology & Transplantation (SIUT), that has been working in partnership with the Government of Sindh. As per his views, SIUT has always fulfilled its commitment of providing best form of treatment to its patients, absolutely free of cost. He applauded the efforts of the legendary Dr. Adib Rizvi, who worked tirelessly to make SIUT a genuine institution.


Acting CM was also accompanied by caretaker Health Minister Dr. Sadia Rizvi, Principal Secretary to CM Mr. Sohail Rajput, Secretary Health Dr. Usman Chachar and others.


The Chief Minister praised Professor Dr. Adib Rizvi, for not only being a great doctor but for establishing such a remarkable institution. He, with utmost respect stated that, “I am a `mureed’ (follower) of Dr. Adib Rizvi and we are very old friends.” 


Mr. Fazalur Rehma visited different wards of SIUT and inquired about health of different patients.


He pointed out that, the admitted patients were not only from rural and urban areas of Sindh, but from other provinces and even from different countries of the world, to undergo its state of the art medical treatment.


He proudly stated that, SIUT is one of the largest and best institutions in the world, where free of cost treatment and best and personal care is given to the patient.
