Competency Test for Doctors of Sindh on December 1st

KARACHI-  Sindh Health Department has decided to reschedule their test to evaluate the competency of doctors. This test will now be conducted on December 1^st, instead of its previous date, which was November 25^th.

The Health Department of Sindh introduced a Competency Test for doctors willing to serve the government sector (BPS-19/ 20, general cadre) before appointing them on various managerial posts within the departments including Director General Health Services, District Health Officers, Civil Surgeons and Medical Superintendents of tertiary care and major health facilities. This step is being taken in order to improve Sindh’s health delivery system and governance, whilst promoting the importance of merit within the department.

Health Minister of Sindh, Dr Azra Fazal Pechuho has taken this initiative to achieve the targets as per the manifesto of Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarian (PPP) government.

The online applications are invited from aspirant candidates, to undergo a written competency test. All interested candidates are advised to download their roll number slips from the link mentioned below;
