IUB, Ziauddin University sign MoU to promote research in different fields

BAHAWALPUR: MoU signing ceremony between Ziauddin University Karachi and the Islamia University of Bahawalpur held at vice-chancellor secretariat, Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus IUB.

Engr Prof Dr Athar Mahboob, Vice-Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Prof Dr Muhammad Aslam Uqaili, Vice-Chancellor, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Dr Zulfiqar Ali Umrani, Director, Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization, NED University of Engineering & Technology (ORIC), Ziauddin University, Prof Dr Muhammad Iqbal Director ORIC, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Dr Qaiser Shakeel, Manager, ORIC, were present at this occasion.

All Deans and Directors of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur were also present.

Engr Prof Dr Athar Mahboob praised the efforts of Dr Muhammad Iqbal and emphasised increasing collaboration between both parties. Furthermore, wished good luck to both universities for future research collaborations in veterinary medicine, engineering, pharmacy, nursing, biotechnology and social sciences.
