US provides 36 vehicles to KPK health dept

PESHAWAR: Donald Blome, the ambassador of the United States to Pakistan has handed over 36 vehicles to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa health minister, Taimur Khan Jhagra on 4th August 2022. 

 He mentioned that this initiative will improve the delivery of health services at the primary and secondary care levels. It will also better the detection of coronavirus through proper surveillance and monitoring.

“We [US] enjoy 75 years long cooperation with Pakistan. Our country is assisting the host population in addressing their public health issues through disease surveillance initiatives and will continue with it,” said Mr Blome.
