Shahbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, said in his speech at the inaugural ceremony: "I feel that those noble people who have donated to create this hospital deserve a home both here and there."

Giving praise to the kind donors who helped to build the world-class private sector hospital, PM Shehbaz Sharif said that Allah's blessings would reward those who helped, and millions of patients can benefit from this hospital in the future.

The facility will offer free medical care to those who are unable to afford it.

He claimed that the hospital's imaging, oncology, cardiac disease therapy, and other facilities are of the highest quality.

He expressed his gratitude to the healthcare professionals who had travelled from all over the world, including Pakistan, to work at the hospital.

According to the premier, those who can afford the treatment will pay the complete cost of the medical facilities at this ultra-modern hospital in Lahore, while those in need will be offered free or partially free of cost treatment through cross-subsidy or charitable donations.

Following this example, PM Shehbaz Sharif remarked that the PML-N had built Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute (PKLI) and invested a huge sum in it.

Five transplants had already been conducted at the PKLI when he opened it in May 2018, he claimed.

Sharif claimed the PML-N government sent doctors and experts from over the world to Pakistan for PKLI, but all of them were expelled when the government changed hands.

"Dirty politics put this project in the cold room (morgue) for two years and brought it to a grinding halt," he continued, "and tens of thousands of households should have profited from it."

Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, declared that the money donated and raised for charitable causes is the money of the underprivileged.
