CM Punjab pronounces FJIDS a 'Dental University'

LAHORE: Dr Arif Alvi, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, Chief Minister of Punjab, visited Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences at Jubilee Town. 

Both inspected various sections to review the pace of work. The CM directed relevant personnel to complete the project as soon as possible and announced to give it the status of Fatima Jinnah Dental University.

He stated that he prioritised the health sector whenever Allah Almighty allowed him to serve the masses; he added and directed C&W and NESPAK officials to complete the project without delay. It is my mission to provide quality healthcare facilities to the doorsteps of the masses, and Fatima Jinnah Dental University would provide modern treatment facilities to the patients, he added. The health secretary briefed CM about the project details. Yasmin Rashid, Minister of Health, Punjab, and others were also present.
