Grenade attack kills six in Kohat

SWAT/ KOHAT: A police vehicle in the district of Kyber Pakhtun Khuwa has been severely affected by a remote-controlled grenade attack that struck the vehicle on the evening of 13th September 2022.

According to reports, six persons have lost their lives as a result of the incident. This includes the Aman Committee Head as well as two policemen. The incident took place in the Ghlo Kandaw area in the Swat valley.

The former head and the two policemen were also accompanied by a child and were on their way to the Bandai village, when a bomb, strategically placed on the road, went off.

The committee head, policeman as well as the child lost their lives almost immediately. Two pedestrians, present during the untimely incident have been pronounced dead as well.
