Renowned philanthropist Bilquis Edhi passed away in Karachi

KARACHI: Bilquis Bano Edhi, a Pakistani philanthropist, who was 74 years old, died in a Karachi hospital.

When her son Faisal Edhi confirmed her death, he added that news of her burial would be forthcoming.

According to reports from the Edhi Foundation, Bilquis was suffering from "various diseases," according to reports. He explained that she also had cardiac problems in addition to her lung problems.
