GHA ceases protest after mutual agreement

KARACHI: The Grand Health Alliance, Sindh has ended the protest after meeting with the ministerial committee of the Sindh Government.

The Ministerial committee also visited the GHA sit-in at the Karachi Press Club and assured that the legitimate demands would be met within a short period of time.

Health professional allowance and non-practice allowance will be given just like in other provinces. 

Furthermore, demands regarding the approval of dental seats, deputation policy, nursing issues as well as time scale and service structure will be worked out and recommendations will be forwarded.

All services including OPD, OT are restored in Civil Hospital Karachi.

All Healthcare professionals shall resume work in their respective departments soon.
