558 doctors promoted

KARACHI- Sindh health department has promoted as many as 558 doctors in grade 18.

According to sources, most of the doctors promoted from grade 17 to grade 18 belonged to Karachi.

Giving details, the sources said that promoted doctors include 400 male and 140 female.
