An Icon of Medical Education - Dr. Iftikhar passed away

A leading personality of the medical profession in Pakistan - Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad has passed away in Lahore recently. He was the Ex-Principal of King Edwards Medical College and the Allama Iqbal Medical College. During his tenure, the colleges took great strides and achieved numerous milestones of success, due to his untiring efforts. May Allah SWT bless the departed soul in Heaven.

Dr. Iftikhar was a beloved teacher, a humble Messiah and a kind mentor to thousands of people. His words of advice will echo for a long time in the minds of his students. Besides his academic engagements, he was also a part of countless learning initiatives, seminars and clinical ventures.
