Anti-Rabies Center opened

KARACHI: Anti- Rabies Vaccination Center has been opened at Sindh Government Hospital New Karachi. Director, Health Services Karachi, Dr Shakoor Abbasi and Deputy Commissioner Central Fariduddin Mustafa inaugurated the Anti-Rabies Vaccination Center at hospital.  The vaccination center works round-the- clock where vaccination administrated to people who become victim of dog-bite.

Medical Superintendent, Sindh Government Hospital New Karachi, Dr YasmeenJaleel, AMS Anis Rajput, In-Charge Emergency Department Dr Babar Hameed and other staff were present on the occasion. Director, Health Services Karachi, Dr Shakoor Abbasi and Deputy Commissioner Central Fariduddin Mustafa also visited the 15-beded Heat-Stroke Relief Center established by hospital administration to deal the expected heat-waves like medical emergency situation in summer season.

Medical Superintendent, Sindh Government Hospital New Karachi, Dr YasmeenJaleel, briefed the Director Health Services Karachi about shortage of doctors and medical facilities are available in healthcare center.
