Balochistan's Health Minister expresses concern over a new Polio Case

BALOCHISTAN- The Health Minister of Balochistan - Rahmat Saleh Baloch showed his deep concern over the newly reported case of Polio in Chaghi district of the Balochistan province.

According to media reports; The new polio case was detected in a 26-month-old child in Balochistan's Chaghi district. In a statement, the minister sought a detailed report from the Director General Health in this regard.

The Health Minister directed the concerned health authorities to ensure coordination with the District Health Officers for the success of polio campaigns in the province.He said that negligence in the polio campaigns will not be tolerated at any cost.

He said that the present government is taking practical measures for the eradication of the crippling disease.
