Health Dept up-grades different cadre posts of NICH

KARACHI: The Sindh Health Department has up-graded various positions of the devolved cadre of the National Institute of Child Health (NICH), Karachi, with the approval of a competent authority.

Secretary, Sindh Health Department, with the approval of the Chief Minister, Finance Department, agreed to up-grade the following posts of the devolved cadre of the NICH with immediate effect.

The Nursing Instructor/Nursing Superintendent/Sister Tutor (Present BPS-17) were up-graded with change in nomenclature as Teaching Nurse (BS-18), Charge Nurse/Staff Nurse (BPS-16), to Administrative Nurse (BPS-17), Accountant-Cum Cashier (BPS-07), Accountant –cum-Cashier (BPS-14), Statistical Clerk (BPS-05), Statistical Clerk (BPS-11), and Field Assistant (BPS-05) as Field Assistant (BPS-14).

The Telephone Operator has been up-graded from BPS-07 to BPS-14, Physiotherapist from BPS-17 to BPS-18 as Senior Physiotherapist, Stenographer BPS-16 to BPS-17 as Private Secretary, Stenographer BPS-14 to BPS-16 Assistant Private Secretary, and Professor BPS-20 to BPS-21 as the Executive Director.
