JPMC launches drive against unhealthy food

KARACHI- Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) administration has launched crackdown against unhygienic and substandard food items and cold drinks being sold in the premises of the hospital.

JPMC deputy director (Admin) and focal person Dr Jawaid Jamali said drive against those selling inferior quality foodstuff and eatables in the premises of institution has begun under the supervision of Mr Asghar Abbasi.

He said that drive launched on the directives of JPMC executive director against inferior quality cold drinks and other eatables being sold in an unhygienic condition would continue till all those indulging in selling health hazardous food items are removed from the hospital’s premises.
