Lt Gen Majeed new Surgeon General

RAWALPINDI- Maj Gen Muhammad Imran Majeed has been promoted to the rank of Lt Gen and appointed Surgeon General.

A very competent and highly professional doctor, he is regarded as pioneer in cardiac electrophysiology at national level and his services have been duly acknowledged in this field. He has been commandant Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC).

Presently, he is posted at Army Medical College, Rawalpindi.
